Simply tip your head back, roll on the T section of the face and the sinus passages along the sides of your nose and massage into skin. Apply gentle acupressure along the brow and the sides of the nose (you will feel the pressure). Repeat as necessary for relief.
As the sinus begins to drain, you will find that if you use Breathing Easy Roll On together, then you are treating the throat and chest too, so upper and lower respiratory.
