Many drink this tea as a wonderful allergy relief tonic! This herb contains a natural histamine and works well for allergies. Nettle is rich in Iron and Vitamin K. Nettle Leaf Tea has a slight green taste; we like to brew it hot in quart size jar (3-4 tablespoon of nettle leaf), steep 4 hours or over night, allow to cool, after which the tea is refrigerated. As a cold tea most of the green taste is gone, and the resulting cold brew is delicious and full of vitamins. Caffeine free 2 oz. loose leaf package.
