Your session begins with an assessment, then we will use many tools gathered over 3 decades of experience and training to balance your chakra's using: colour, aromatherapy, gemstones (may be warmed depending) tuning forks, toning, touch and energetic therapy (reiki) as well as myofascial release, polarity therapy, body rocking, acupressure and clearing to align you and restore your body's ability to heal and find your center for strength moving forward.
