Your session begins with an assessment, then we will use some of the many tools gathered over 4 decades of experience and training to balance your chakra's using: colour, aromatherapy, gemstones (may be warmed depending) tuning forks, toning, touch and energetic therapy (reiki) as well as myofascial release, polarity therapy,
body rocking, acupressure and clearing to align you and restore your body's
ability to heal and find your center for strength moving forward.
We use our empathic intuition to guide us and bring personal growth.
Used in conjunction with astrology chart interpretation (For our own use, as a map
to bodywork) we see what is happening astrologically and how we can best serve
you. (THIS IS NOT AN ASTROLOGICAL READING) though we may share some things for you to move forward, based on our own discretion. We can help you navigate your journey and find your purpose guiding you to express your potential, relieving the shadows and expanding your TRUE SELF and why you came to this very time on planet earth after many lives.
