You asked! People love our sleep roll on, and requested us to create a Sleep Cream, so here it is! You can apply cream to your entire body, if you like, for deep, restful sleep and DREAMWORK.
We recommend having journal and accoutrements, paint, crayons, pen, etc., immediately upon waking, do not get out of bed, begin to write down quick notes, colours, etc., and then flesh the dream out afterwards. This technique helps because the more 'conscious' you become, moving body, too much light, etc., the more the dream can slip back into your subconscious and you don't get to unwrap the gift.
